Hey there ladies! My wife and I are moving into a house and we need to find someone to take over our apartment lease as of November 1st. Here are the details...
In San Bernardino, just down the street from CSUSB in a quiet and very nice neighborhood. Upgraded 2 bedroom/ 1 HUGE bath for $999.00. It includes fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, nice sized patio and storage room in patio area. Amenities include pool, tennis courts, business center with internet access, and gym. There is a TON of grassy area for those with children, and pets are welcome. The lease is up in July.
