No, the Mac Double doesn't hold an infant seat, the only kind that do are kinds that won't work for us *keep in mind I have Houdini!*. I don't enjoy Graco strollers and the Sit and Stand styles just aren't going to be enough for Wonton. My Valco does however hold an infant seat. I plan on really wearing the new baby when I have both or having my Valco when she is still little little in the infant seat, then moving to the Mac Double.
And will you email your Mac and Cheese recipe?
Re: *Heather*
See, I'm planning on wearing the pumpkin a lot around the house, but with the SPD taking a while to heal even after birth, I have to be really careful for several months afterward, so I need to have the double be compatible with an infant seat
I'ma go check out this Valco job you're pushing.
And mac and cheese...I"m stealing the verbage from Suchaclancy, when I posted it I was whacked out on something and got a little wordy.
8 oz uncooked elbow pasta
1 regular box Velveeta cheese
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
Italian bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare pasta as directed on packaging.
Drain and dump into 9x12 or 9x14 baking dish.
Whisk the flour and butter into a roux in a saucepan over medium heat. Once fully melted and combined, add the milk and bring to a soft boil. Add cheeses. It is helpful to dice the Velveeta first.
Reduce heat to low and stir frequently as cheese melts slowly. You?ll need to be attentive so it doesn?t burn or stick. Once completely melted, pour evenly over the pasta in the baking dish. It will all settle through the pasta, there is no need to stir it.
Sprinkle a generous amount of breadcrumbs on top. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the top begins to brown.
which double did you get?
Man, I need to go to bed, holy crap. I'm off.
