I guess it's worth it to get a personal trainer, for my purposes. I can exercise just fine, it's the accountability that I'm lacking.
He asked to see my reports of the exercise I've done for the week - no problem!
He also asked to see my reports of the food I've been eating every day, since I told him I track.
I'm guessing he won't think too highly of my breakfasts consisting of Kraft Easy Mac N Cheese.
Re: Oh, dang
You should show your trainer my upcoming eating schedule for this week.
At least you'll be consuming far fewer calories, even if it's in the form of Kraft Easy Mac.
No. I don't think I have fewer calories than you, on a regular basis. Dinner: 4 cups of salsa, 49 tortilla chips, and 3.75 margaritas I consumed on Wednesday night.
I think "yes."
I think .
You think right.
that's the part about PT I didn't care for...especially since I didn't want to lie.
I put everything on an excel spreadsheet, broken down by calories, fats, carbs, proteins.
Had my first session last night, effective! My abs are screaming.
