It's this Saturday, October 17th, from 7-10pm.
Santiago Art District
922 E. Civic Center Drive
Santa Ana, CA 92701 US
It's my cw'ers first time exhibiting her art and I'm going to go support her. I've never been there, but apparently it happens every 3rd Saturday of the month. Local artists showcase their work in the neighborhood, and there is food, wine, treats. Some for sale and others provided for by the artists.
This is what the website says: "Santiago Art District?s Art Walk that is held every third Saturday of the month. But why not partner great art with food and music? This month you will have an opportunity to enjoy music as you meander from one gallery to another. We will welcome you with music that will be playing in both courtyards of the Santiago Art District. Food by Kogi, The Hotdog Vendor, and Chunck and Chip will be available. "
Here's the website: www.santiagoartdistrict.com
Anyway, I thought I'd share. If anyone is interested in going, let me know and maybe I'll see you there.
Re: Anyone interested in an art show/open exhibits event?
I would totally be interested, but I'm not around on Sat. Boo.
(And WM, ITA about comic sans. Erlack.)
Another one? Holy moly.
My students know if they turn anything in in comic sans that they will be graded down just because I hate it.
This is for Mr. Mo's cousin's kid. He said yes without consulting me. I said no to his other cousin's bridal shower. I just want to stay home. Mr. Mo has too many cousins, and they all have the same first syllable in their names. It's very confusing.
Who would do an assignment in comic sans? That deserves a bad grade indeed.
