My parents are coming in for Thanksgiving - just for a few nights in order to be with us for the holiday. Where would you take them for dinner? I want something different, fun...and not too expensive. I cant think of anything good.
Re: Recommend a restaurant
OK, if you want a cool experience, I always recommend Capos (on Trop, not on Sahara). They serve Italian food and have a Frank Sinatra singer--really a fun time, especially for visitors to Vegas. The food is priced a bit on the higher side--$12-18 per entree--but it's good food and a fun environment.
Other restaurants I like are Mon Ami Gabi (go early to get a seat on the patio--they don't accept reservations for the patio). You could also go out to MonteLago or Loews at Lake Las Vegas. They have some great restaurants, many of which are offering specials right now. I always like to go out to Lake Las Vegas for something different.
Christmas decorations will be up, along with Santa's Arrival, at Town Square the second week of November. lol
I am just a little fountain of knowledge when it comes to Town Square, haha!
i also 2nd Firefly and the other tapas place. I would also recommend McMullans (an Irish pub with really good food).
What side of town where you thinking? I live on the west side of town
