Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hope your appointment went okay yesterday - or as okay as it could've.

I couldn't call in even though I am actually sick! I am however going home in about 20-30 mintues. I had a meeting this morning I had to come in for and some paperwork that I need to get done. As soon as I finish it I am gone!
My appointment went fairly well I guess. I'm doing a lot of blood work tests to look for any underlying problems. Probably won't know much until the end of next week though.
