I am hosting a kitchen themed bridal shower for my BFF. I sent out the invites and now everyone is RSVPing. Well, the bride's aunt just offered to make us a cake. She is a professional cake maker - she's making the wedding cake too. She told me to look up different ideas and let her know atleast a week before the shower. She made it seem like I can get as creative as I want and she will do it.
So what would you suggest for a kitchen themed shower? I am stumped. I was thinking of doing something with the kitchen in it. Or should I just pick a pretty cake that I like? I want to keep it a surprise from the bride... I dont want her to know too much about the shower that it wont be as exciting and fun for her.
Re: Bridal Shower Cake idea needed
I hope these pictures work
What if the cake was 2 tiered, a little like a wedding cake, but instead of flowers or whatever, it had different cooking utensils on it, i.e. whisks, wooden spoons, measuring cups, etc.?
hehe yup!
My favorite is the chocolate one with 2 tiers. It is awesome (and delicous).
