why is the husband in jail? I caught the episode last week but I don't know why Chris Noth is in jail and he is listed as a guest star in the credits.

Ohhh I love the Good Wife. I am hooked on this show. I didnt quite understand what exactly he was in jail for at first either. But they are saying that its for a charge of "abuse of office" with the sexual relations he had with other women and he's working on appealing it.
I dont know why they listed him as a guest star when he's one of the main characters? Doesnt make sense to me either.. but I didnt even notice that.
