endocrinologist seacoast rec? PCOS help please!
I just got back from the doctor and after some blood tests and an ultrasound, it looks probable that I have have PCOS. My FSH and LH levels I guess were off but not WAY off. My insulin levels were off as well, although not way off either. I also am hypothyroid. Oh, and my right ovary looked polycystic while my left one was enlarged with one large cyst on it. My doctor decided to put me on Metformin and will do a follow up ultrasound in 6 weeks or so. She suggested that I see an endocrinologist as well. Does anybody have any advice for me or endocrinologist recommendation? What other steps should I take? TIA!

I am seeing Dr. Hill of the Fertility Center of New England. He has an office in Portsmouth. So far I am happy with him and his nurse is fantastic.
Good luck!
I am also seeing Dr. Hill, though I do not have PCOS. He is great.
