I'm so surprised, I contacted Chili's last week to let them know how much we like the 3 course dinner for $20. which helps us have a dinner out on our Friday night date nights while still watching our budget and I got a letter back today with some Chili's money! I'm pleasantly surprised. How nice (and smart!) of them to appreciate customers. I wasn't even expecting a response back!

I also love the $20 deal right now. We are usually so careful about eating out since it gets so pricey. Chili's isn't my first choice for date night, but for the price it definitely is getting up there!
We once had a horrific experience at an Olive Garden in Iowa. The whole evening made me so angry that I wrote in to their customer service. The next week we received $50 in gift cards to OG with a long apology. Our original dinner didn't even cost $30. I was impressed, and still continue to go there
Smart business!
I had wrote to Chilis like 7 years ago because I got really bad food poisoning from under cooked chicken. They wrote me back a really nice apology letter and a $50 gift card. Because of their response we continued to go back. I didn't expect anything I just wanted to let them know to be aware of that. Just smart of them
