Okay so I watch it and I like it but I can't say that I love it like some people... some people think it is the greatest thing ever.  I like the songs/dances but the lip syncing is horrible... is it suppose to be that way?

Anyway, like I said,  like it I just don't get all the hype, fill me in

I thought Glee was good, but when it came between Modern Family and Glee (we don't have DVR or anything) Modern Family won

We have DVR so I am lucky in that aspect, but otherwise Modern Family would win out for me too

I absolutely LOVE it! I agree about the lip-synching though. Not done very well. I have to say I've always been a huge fan of musicals of any sort so maybe thats why I love it so much. I also think the lead girl (Lea Michele) has an incredible voice!

I like Glee a lot, especially the musical aspect and because it's a different type of show.  I typically like dramas so it's fun to see something else that I like.  It is corny to me but that is part of the appeal.

I love Glee so much! The lip syncing totally has to do with the show. I think it is supposed to be that bad, haha. Plus Matthew Morrison is so freaking hot, haha.

1. I work in a school, so I appreciate all the exaggerated drama that happens between teachers, counselors, administrators, etc.

2. I'm a big fan of musicals, love me some broadway shows!

3. The ridiculous performances crack me up.

4. I'm secretly a huge choir nerd. 5 years of voice lessons, elementary chorus member, middle school chorus member, high school chorus member, college chorus member....

5. Did you see the episode where the football team did "Put a ring on it"????

I'm with Stacey - DH and I are hooked because it's a different type of show.  It's refreshing to see something "new" on TV!

And the lip syncing doesn't bother me, since they *are* at least recording it themselves and actually singing it, just not on the show!

The cost per episode, though, must be exorbitant... a friend and I were just musing that this weekend, and wondering how long they'll be able to carry it off.
