My new hubby and I are trying to sell my townhouse! We are doing a For Sale By Owner deal so we are offering only what is owed on the house. I thought I would let all you nesties know about it! If you're interested read on...
It's in Spring Hill (Williamson County side) located in a gated neighborhood just off the main road (Columbia Avenue aka Columbia Highway). Most homes are being offered from 175K to 225K. We are only offering $162K. It has three bedrooms, 2 full bath townhome (duplex style) with a one car garage. It is a single level home with around 1400 square feet purchased brand new by me in January 2007. There is a front and back yard that is kept up by a landscaping company included in the HOA fee.
