Re: Any confessions out there??

  • Ok I have thought of one. There is a new couple that moved in downstairs, and they have a baby of undetermined age. They are SO loud. We have had 3 different sets of neighbors below us since we moved here and I have never been able to clearly listen to their conversations thru the FLOOR. I don't really care to hear your baby-talk all day long. There is no reason you should be shouting to your child. Tone it down Chewbacca. Their talking is actually louder than when the baby cries.?

i've lived in an apt once, and that was enough to do me in for a life time! We lived on the 2nd floor. The people that lived above us were RIDICULOUS! They had 3 small kids and a really annoying dog. They would lock the dog in the bathroom all day, and at night the kids ran around like maniacs. bouncing the basketball, they had to be jumping off the furniture, rearranging the furniture at all hours! OMG it was ridiculous! I called management several times.. i mean i understand they are kids, but there has to be a time when they go to bed and shut the eff up. So mgmt calls the parents and the parents said the kids went to bed at 8.. bull crap... so one night after listenin to them run around for an hour or two and it was around 10 or 11... i called the cops. YEP i was the mean neighbor that called the cops. The mgmt wouldn't do anything... the mom came running down the stairs after me... after the cop left she started banging on the floor making alot of noise, i walked outside my apt and the cop was going down the stairs, i said did you hear that ? he said yah and then she came running after me. her husband was holding her back...literally... sorry that was long, but it was a really crazy night. that lady was wack!

good luck with your annoying neighbors!

  • I confess that I am in a bitchy mood today. All day long at work, I was pretty short tempered with the kids (granted they seem to be extra squirrley today since its FREEZING (literally) and we are not able to go outside) But I even said to a coworker that I was so glad my shift was almost over because the kids were annoying me so bad. and I've been cranky with DH. ugh!

I think I'm PMSing, but on top of it I know I am stressed because tomorrow we have this huge fundraiser fall festival thing at work and I am worried about how it will go and all the things we still have to get ready for it... plus I'm tired, even though I've been getting my 8 hours a night. And I think some of it has to do with diet... I am scared to get on the scale because I have been eating like crap this week! ugh!

seriously way too much snacking and high calorie foods.....  i have to work on this!

  • DH & I got into a fight last night... mostly my fault. But he is never home. He gets off work about an hr before me and for the last 2.5 wks has been going to his friends house to help him work on his fence that he is putting up around his house.... I am friends w/ the wife, and sometimes we go and run together, so sometimes I see H over there.. But he stays over there till dark atleast...and this leaves me to come home, feed the dogs, clean up the house, make dinner and do my homework. I am just frustrated bc I don't feel like he does enough around the house... He tells me i'm "lucky" he does anything. That he knows plenty of guys who literally don't do anything..... ie :friends house that he has been over at.. he literaly does nothing around the house, his wife does everything- she is a freakin' saint bc if he were my husband i would have geeked out on his a$$ already.  Maybe its cuz i'm pms'in seriously. I dunno Chris has really been driving me crazy w/ this staying gone all the time crap.
