There are lots options on etsy.  I don't know how easy it'll be to find a teeny tiny one, though.  If you're crafty, there are loads of tutorials online if you google "no sew tutus."

^^^ true and from what I hear, tulle is easy to dye. Just ask YL. She might still have a tutorial from the wedding days.

Very true. (I have no idea why I am even in this post)

I threw my bridal crinoline in the washing machine with some RIT dye and it came out a lovely shade of pink with no damage to my machine. Super easy.

Tulle is normally about 2-3 yards for a buck at Joanns this time of year and it's super easy to DIY - don't pay etsy prices for something you can do in a few minutes. They sell it in every color you can think of, no need to dye it.

These are so super easy to make! Just cut strips of tulle and loop them around a piece of elastic.

I don't even bother sewing the elastic. I just tie it in a knot and put some ribbon over it.
