...any of you ladies know where I can find one? It's Halloween picture time and I am in need of an orange tu-tu for my 6 1/2 week old daughter.

Very true. (I have no idea why I am even in this post)
I threw my bridal crinoline in the washing machine with some RIT dye and it came out a lovely shade of pink with no damage to my machine. Super easy.

These are so super easy to make! Just cut strips of tulle and loop them around a piece of elastic.

I don't even bother sewing the elastic. I just tie it in a knot and put some ribbon over it.
