DH turns 30 in July and he is just the hardest person to plan for. I want to do something really special for him. He does not like parties or bars or drinking. One thing he does love is the Royals. I was wondering how I would go about getting his name and the fact that it's his 30th birthday up on the big screen at the game. Who would I even contact about that and does it cost money?
I also want to buy good seats but since I'm not a big baseball fan and I haven't been to a game since the 1985 World Series (yes, it's been that long) I have no idea what a "good" seat is.
Thanks for your help. I really want to make this special for him.
Re: DH turning 30, question for you all
Here's the link for the name on screen thing. They don't show them on the big HD screen anymore - they're displayed on the electronic screen in the outfield.

As far as tickets go - we prefer the "Dugout Box" Seating - it's the golden yellow section in the below link. I think the tix are around $40 each - I don't know if that's out of your budget or not. Sitting as close behind home plate or 3rd base is where we usually end up.
Here's the link for the seating chart and prices:

Not sure how much you want to spend, but for our wedding gift to dh I gave him a Legacy Brick at the royals stadium. They are selling bricks that will be placed during the renovations...
