BU/AW: a quick dinner idea and Wilton class
These paninis were great for a quick 15 minute dinner and I thought I would show off pictures of my first cake from the Wilton cake decorating classes I signed up for. There are a couple of other new posts - cheesy beer bread and crock pot apple butter as well.

How did the beer bread and apple butter turn out? I LOVE apple butter and never knew it was so easy to make yourself! Did it turn out ok?
The beer bread looks amazing too! Was it tasty?
The apple butter is so good - just be careful not to let it cook too long on the 2nd day. I've made a couple batches and one burnt because I got home from work late so it was cooking for almost 12 hours the 2nd day.
The beer bread is really good, especially with chili.
