Pink Pajama Party

Every year I host a pink pajama party with my friends. I'm hosting this year's party next Saturday.

I'm looking for tablescape ideas.  I just want something a little bit different than what I've done before. And I'm looking for something simple, because I've been working long hours lately and don't have much time after work and on the weekends.

Last year I set the table with a pink table cloth and white napkins with a pink satin ribbon  I used my white plates with pink flowers on them and for the centerpiece I had two mint julep cups filled with pink roses and alstromeria, along with white pillar candles of varying heights with pink ribbon detail.

What about the popular bright pink and lime green combo?  Do something similar to what you did last year.  Put candles up on top of chamagne glasses that are placed upside down on the table for height and some down below to vary it.  Or fill clear vases with different shades of pink jellybeans and wrap a green ribbon around it.  Make sugar cookies and frost them with pink and/or green, write out everyone's names on them and use them as place settings.

My brain seems to be at a stand still for ideas rigt now.

My first thought was hobby lobby becasue sometimes they have cute things in all one color.

Also maybe party city. I know it's been done but a very simple idea is pink ballons.

Thanks girls. After looking at the pictures, you've actually given me an idea, and I can't believe I didn't even think of it.  I've always used light pink, and never thought about using a dark or bright pink.  I think dark pink will be a nice change, but still simple enough.

This sounds so fun!  I'd use a white tablecloth then go down the center (like a runner would) with clear vases of different sizes filled with water tinted pink with food color.  Float candles in some and big white blossoms (grocery store daisies or mums would work) in others.  Set the table similarly to how you did last year.
