I adore Mark at WiseMagic Tattoo, on Scottsdale and Shea. He's an amazing artist and his studio is super clean.
For my back piece, the first time it was I think $80, then when I went back in for coloring and additional work it was another $60. His apprentice, Tammy, also is an artist at Wise Magic and does amazing work, she did my BFF from Columbus.
Its generally by the hour...
Mine was a little over 9 hours total broken into 2 sittings.
I have 2 small ones which were about an hour each and they were around $100....The bigger one I paid way less thena normal customer as I am friends with Ron.
Immaculate Tattoo is Owned by Aaron Colemon, which in the tattoo world is a big deal. He made the top of the best of list last year I believe. They are located in Mesa.

I likey your list! If you want the name of a counsellor, I can hook you up! Dh and I did counseling before we tied the knot and sometimes I think our counsellor was the only reason we made it down that aisle!
