Any suggestions re: engagement party
Sunday I'm hosting an engagement party for one of my friends... the theme is champagne and candles (more like twinkle lights)
What snacky foods go well with champagne... I was thinking strawberries, pretzels... ??
And beyond that, does anyone have any fun suggestions to go along with the theme? I've got some non cheesey games planned to go along with it!

What about seafood stuffed mushrooms?
If you're doing champagne and candles, I would do aphrodisiacs. Definitely step it up from pretzels. Things that would tie in are oysters, figs, raspberries, chocolate, strawberries and asparagus.
