Wasn't excited for Thanksgiving until...
I saw the mouthwatering picture on the front of Martha Stewart Living. I **was** going to go non-traditional this year, now I am re-thinking.

I actually bought my turkey a couple of days ago. Don't usually look for them this early but there they were on sale and they had a 23+ lb bird. We have a big family and I always cook the bird.
Just something to pass along: don't throw the carcass out when dinner is done! Roast those bones in the oven and you can make the BEST stock ever. I never throw them away til i make a big pot of turkey stock.
