Found the coolest thing for our road trip...
We just switched to our "big" carseat this week, so Ben no longer has his little toys hanging from the bar to play with. So I found this in BRU yesterday and you can attach a few soft toys to the side. It's a carseat protector pad by Fisher Price, but has little hanging hooks with toys and little pockets for binkies and stuff. He loves it!!! Will keep him busy and entertained for awhile. He looks so much more comfy in his Britax too. : ) Plus, if he were to have a problem diaper, it protects the carseat!
Have a great 4th of July, everyone! I'll try to check in while we're gone and see how everyone is. We'll probably be back in about 3 weeks or so.

Tomorrow, we go to upstate NY to visit Ben's Godparents. ?Then we drive to Michigan, maybe with a stopover in PA ?for the night- depends on how Ben is doing. ?The IL's live in Michigan, which is who we are going to see. ?We will also be driving down by St Louis to visit Larry's grandmother on his dad's side- so that part of the family can meet Ben.
Then when we get back, we are flying my nephew up for a week. ?I can't wait.
Living here by ourselves, it's so nice to know we'll be with family soon. : ?)
