Testing new Christmas Cookies recipes
I just got from Amazon the Gooseberry Patch Christmas Cookies book and let me tell you, everything sounds delicious! Tonight, I am making Pumpkin Squares (not so Christmasy but pumpkin should be an all around treat IMO)

BTW, a tip on the recipe...if it's too sticky and wet, I just keep adding a little bit of flour and powdered sugar and knead it on the counter. I put it in the fridge to get it cold too (easier to roll and cut this way).
