Re: Menus
Awesome grocery bill total and your menu sounds delicious.
We have a big week with a celebration dinner on Tuesday and my husband going out of town on Thursday so our menu is a little less developed than it normally would be.
Monday - Baked spaghetti squash with meat sauce
Tuesday - out
Wednesday - Veal Saltimbocca with steamed veg (potato and something green)
Thursday - Leftovers pour un
Friday - I will probably eat something at the mall while wandering around aimlessly.
Mel-The clicky link for the lasagna recipe isn't working, could you post the recipe? It sounds yummy.
Thanks
