  • Sure!! I'll have to find the exact recipe, but you pretty much melt down white chocolate (the big baking bricks of it) and then mix in crushed peppermint candy with just a couple of drops of red food coloring so it turns pink. Then you spread the whole thing on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.

    When it cools and hardens you just break it up. It melts in your mouth. SOOO yummy!

  • thanks! i started looking online for similar ingredients and kept coming up with peppermint bark.  your recipe sounds the same.  i really want to try it b/c it got rave reviews online and seems simple to make.
