Dermatologist/Spa customized product?
Hi ladies,
Does anyone know a dermatologist or spa that makes their own facial product that works?
I went to a dermatologist (she is great and has been quoted in many beauty/health magazines) in summer. She prescribed retin A as I have type of acne that is under skin so my skin has a bumpy surface. However, the pharmacist suggested not to use it as we are TTC. I didn't mention it to the dermatologist at the time as she is friend of a friend and I didn't want the news to get out.
I used to go to a dermatologist in central Jersey about 6 years ago and he prescribed his own line and was great. Then I stopped using them when I moved to the city as his office was too far and the product was pricy. Fast forward to now, I see the damage I have done to my skin by poor cleansing habit -- large pores and dull skin. I don't even know if I have oily skin or combo skin at this point.
I am not sure if the damage is reversible but I would like to get into a regimen and stick to it.
