Post Your Night Creams Here!
Helloooooo ladies!
Last night was the last night that I was able to rummage around in the corners of my night cream pot to get every tiny bit I could. I am officially out of night cream and I want to try something different. So...
List your night cream right here and why you love it. Go!
P.S
Thanks so much, I tried perusing the Sephora website and got overwhelmed.
Re: Post Your Night Creams Here!
I guess its about that time I should start using some right . I do use the yellow cream by clinique every morning.
LOL
I used to only use face cream during the day and not wear anything at night. Then I read an article in a magazine about 2 years back saying how using a night cream rich in antioxidants is great because your skin tends to soak up more stuff while your sleeping, and that you should start doing that in your 20s to help prevent wrinkles. So I figured, why not right? Since I started I noticed my skin does look better, but I was just using a very simple night cream (Neutrogena's night cream), I figured I'd start using something now with a little bit more kick!
Wow! That is good to know. Yea....I really need to take better care of my skin. Ive been lucky my skin is very normal and I literally used to wash my face and go. Now I use the yellow cream, concealer and some powder lol.
The lady at the chanel counter the other day was helping me find my powder color (since I forgot my empty one at home) and she did scold me about wearing cream. She said something along the lines of...."you are getting to that age and would you like me to give you some samples?" How embarrasing!
Let me know what you decide. I may start testing some out soon.
I use oil of olay "night renewal" creme. I think that's what it's called. It comes in a purple little tin. It's cheap but it's good!
me too! good bang for the buck
I use Lancome Renergie Night Cream. It is pricey but a little goes a long way. I also use the Lancome Renergie Eye Cream. Both creams are amazing...I have been using Lancome since I was a teenager and I swear it keeps my skin looking great.
If you want something more economical...I recently read in Good Housekeeping that Garnier Nutrisse won an award for their Anti-Wrinkle Firming Night Cream. I have since heard rave reviews on several other news shows. I hope this helps you out!
For night, i use Boots No 7 restore and renew serum (from Target) and then follow with philosophy hope in a jar moisturizer.
I swear by Clarins. I use the Hydraquench line because it's very light and non-greasy, but they have a multi-active night wrinkle cream that i've heard positive things about.
My MIL uses La Mer products from Saks and loooves them. They are ridiculously pricey, but her skin looks great!
I read in a magazine that Oil of Olay was the best night cream for under $100!
I have some deep moisturizer from Clinique that is for the evening (I am a Clinique addict), but I have to say I rarely use it. I need to get on it!
I also NEED to get under-eye cream. Lutz from Om Salon told me at my trial, "Honey, if you are old enough to wear makeup you are old enough to wear eye cream." I cracked up. lol
i love khiel's moisturizers esp ultra facial moisturizer and abyssine cream
