Restaurant Recs near the Aragon
I am taking my husband to the Bob Dylan show at the Aragon Theater next weekend and we would like to go out to dinner beforehand. Does anybody have any recommendations for some nearby restaurants? We would like somewhere that isn't too expensive. Thanks for the help : )

My hubs is bartending part time at the Aragon and he'll be working those 3 shows! Side note, buy beer! They only put 1oz shots in their mix drinks. More bang for your $6 buck with the beer.
As for places to eat, Fat Cat Bar & Grill is on Broadway, it's good but it does get packed before a show. There's Thai Pastry up a few blocks on Broadway, it's a BYOB. Haven't been there in 2 years but it was good when we went there for dinner. There's a mexican place, Carmellas Taqueria, on Lawrence just west of Broadway, it's not really a place to sit & eat (they have a few tables) but the food is excellent! There's an ethiopian place right on the corner of Lawrence & Broadway, I've never been there but it's always pretty busy.
Enjoy the show! I'm hoping the hubs can get me a free ticket one of the 3 nights.
