Any suggestions for QOTD?
Re: PCP/TTC/ATP Wednesday
No suggestions for QOTD from me. I'm so distracted by our appointment this afternoon and my raging hormones! I'm 12 weeks today, so I looked at babycenter.com for an update - I almost burst into tears right here at my desk when it said the baby is two inches long and compared it size-wise to a lime. MY BABY IS GROWING!!!
LOL!
-Tired and prone to feeling weepy today, would like to curl up on the couch. -Counting down until I can leave for our 2nd midwife appointment - C is going to meet me there.
-U/S tomorrow morning.
-I'm feeling better than before - still very tired and nauseous from time to time. Definite improvement though, and I will take it.
-Maternity jeans from Old Navy are the new love of my life.
-Planning to "come out" at work this week.

Brit - everything sounds great! Can't wait to hear about your u/s. I've lived in my Old Navy jeans all week. :-)
Update - I'm tired. This vacation has been exhausting. I hope that means I'll sleep on the plane today. I'm definitely showing and random strangers now make pregnancy comments so I guess there is no more hiding it. I "came out" on FB today since I finished telling the family this week. It's exciting to finally have my friends know.
Annie is 5 months old today. I can't believe how fast she is growing. Things are going well. I am getting better about living sleep deprived. Hopefully after this first tooth breaks though Annie will nap better and then we will both get some more rest.
Moms to be... add hylands teething tablets to your gift registry. You will be thankful for them later!

We had a cervical check yesterday. Well, actually C had the cervical check and I had the privilege of watching everything on the big screen. Everything measured fine and LB1 loved to press his/her head up against the cervix...every so often the crown of LB1's head would appear. The LBs looked good with heartrates around 148 bpm. November 9th will be the BIG ultrasound! I finally caved and agreed to find out if we are having boys, girls, or a girl and a boy. Truth be told, I am excited about it!
C left today for a conference in Galveston and then will meet up with her parents on Saturday. I won't see her and the LBs until late Monday night. This morning when she got out of bed I began to cry because I am going to miss all three of them terribly. This is the first time we will be apart. I am going to miss reading the LBs their night time story, telling them I love them as I kiss C's belly, and then giving C the kiss where I always say, "and I love Mommy too" (which is a 'good morning' and 'good night' ritual.) Just typing this tears me up...this pregnancy has tapped into my deepest emotions.
