HUMID!!!
bleck...seriously, you do not know how good it is in SD until you experience humidity. Its day 2 and I am ready to come back...but I am having a great time with DH and sight seeing. I have no idea why anyone would choose to live here in the summer. yucky.
Re: DC=One Word
I know, right.
I grew up in southern Cali, but went to college back east, and married a boy from back east, and I could not wait to come back (home) to California. Now when we go back to visit his fam, I'm like, how in the world did we manage to live in that insufferable, humid, heat. blaaaahhh!
Plus, the humidity was hazardous to my hair.
Ha ha, I'm from D.C.! If you're from california, it's really hard to get used to that!! I actually grew up without any air conditioning, and that was rough!
The summers are hard, but the seasons make it so worth it. I really miss it....I am so homesick right now.
Glad you're having fun sightseeing!! What have you seen so far?
