How much leafy greens to plant?
How many plants of dark, leafy greens did you plant (I would include swiss chard, kale, collards, mustards in this. basically, greens you can cook)?
How many plants of lettuces (include spinach, arugula, & leaf lettuces)?
How many people are in your household?
What this too little? Too much? Just right?
I'm trying to decide on how many greens to plant next year...
