We are having a few friends over for supper on saturday and I am planning on serving a veggie and a meat lasagna. I would like to keep the kitchen as clean as possible on sat so am planning on making my lasagna's tonight (wed). After I am done preparing them should I freeze them? or just store them in the fridge? If I do freeze them when should I take them out to thaw? Any advice you ladies can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Re: make ahead lasagna
The meat lasagna should be just fine. I'd worry the veggie might get soggy, but I don't know. If you do make ahead, be sure to add bake time because they will be coming from the fridge,
