Cleaning Carpets - Review
I decided after calling around to go with E & B
Carpet cleaning, took 45 minutes to clean a family room and hallway.
What I liked:
- I was caught off guard with the customer service when I called to get a quote and schedule a time for them to come out. The woman was so friendly and flexible when arranging a time for them to come out - I was very impressed.
- They were able to schedule an appointment that "same" week vs waiting several weeks like other companies.
- They sent out two guys to clean the carpets instead of one.
- The two guys they sent out were friendly, and did a good job.
- They did not try to up-sell me on any other services or products.
- They were scheduled to come at 9, showed up at 9:15ish.
- They weren't able to get all the pet stains out. Which s-u-c-k-s but understandable.
- I had to move my own furniture - which can be difficult.
Overall, I would use them again.

i'm glad you used them! for the price you pay, it's totally worth moving my own furniture! :-) Also, we had a couple pet stains that didn't come out the first time, but after a couple cleanings, they were completely gone! They ha never been late for us, but like i said, we've used them for about 3 years now, at least once a year and just love them. they were a fraction of what i was quoted with places like stanley steamer.
I'd highly recommend them. Glad you had an overall good experience with them, too!
