I debated on a few different things. One of them was favorite childhood toy, another was favorite 80s singer/group. I'll be honest--I really wanted to choose favorite historical figure since it's close to July 4th, but I realize not everyone is as big of a geek as I! Since I love seeing travel pictures, I thought I'd keep it simple and just do favorite honeymoon picture. Once we've got wedding and honeymoon out of the way, we can do more creative things, hehe!
I'm picking Star to choose the August siggie challenge.
Jacki, I just copied the directions from your post (I figured it would be easiest to have the same directions each time).
Tomorrow is July 1st, so don't put your picture up until then!
Post your absolute all-time favorite picture from your honeymoon, along with the words "CFL Nestie Siggy Challenge July 08: Favorite Honeymoon Picture" underneath.
Directions for posting a picture in your siggy:
1. Go to www.tinypic.com and upload your favorite picture. Under the Resize option choose the one for website/email.
2. Once the picture has uploaded, copy the text from the box that's for posting on message boards.
3. On the Nest, click on "My Profile" on the top of the page, then "Edit Profile". Scroll all the way down and you'll see a box that is labeled "Signature." Paste the html text there, then paste the caption underneath.
Re: July Siggie Challenge
Ok, my picture is up :-) I went with this picture because the sunset was just WOW! We actually made this picture into an 8x10 and framed it. this is one of my favorite picture with us in it.
Me also!
???I was REALLY bored today. ?Heck, I'm surprised I didn't change it every hour! ?Maybe I'll put a different up tomorrow! ?:)
Hehehehe - I'm bad!
Now I have double pictures - hmmmm
Oh duh!!! I thought it was already the first! LOL Whoops!!! Sorry Courtney
Alright! Just making sure mine works!!!
I have so many pics from our HM that I love but most have a story behind them. There's a pic of us in our fave bar in NYC and I'm obviously tipsy and B's grinning and it's just the memories that I love . . .especially the ones we made when we got back to the hotel.
Anyway, I went with sweet on the wedding pic so I think I'm gonna have to do funny for this one. We visited the HUGE Sharper Image store in Rockefeller Plaza. I've always loved Superman growing up. I'd seen all the movies and fell in love with Dean Cain on the TV show. Well, imagine my excitement when I saw this HUGE ripped statue of the man himself in Sharper Image. It was too funny not to pose with. Stupid thing was going for $6000, though! I can't imagine anyone spending that kinda money on something like that, but to each his own. Anyway, B and I chuckle when we see this pick.
