I would call - depending on where they are shipping from; ask if they have another option (aka USPS priority, should only take 3-4 days max).

Ditto on the shipping charges! So peeved myself! I had to pay $38.00 for this T-shirt JUST so I could have it for Halloween. Not sure if ANY kind of t-shirt that I will wear once is worth that much but did it anyway.
