Avocado Tree Care Question
We just bought a house that has several trees in the back yard, one being an avocado tree. I'm not sure how old the tree is, but looks like it's been producing avocados for a while. The tree is about 15-20 ft high. What's the best way to care for an outdoor avocado tree? Pruning, insecticides?
Bonus points if anyone has any suggestions for how to care for a guava tree 
Google doesn't seem to be working with me right now, so I thought I'd ask here and see if you guys have any suggestions / opinions.
