I just realized I had no idea the big changes on the radio... I used to listen to Mix every morning on my drive in to work until they let Lander go and I couldn't stand the new crew so I switched over to Kiss 108.
Am I the only person that did not know that 98.5 is now a sports station and Mix moved to 104.1?
Re: Radio Stations
I miss BCN (and the real T&R).
The sports hub sucks.
So the stations I have on preset are: 96.1 (pop), 98.5 (which is the sports hub now), 101.1 (NH, rock), 101.5, 101.7 (FNX), 104.1 (now Mix), 104.5 (XLO, pop), 106.3 (I think this is Mike FM, but it doesn't come in well), 106.7 (pop), 107.3 (WAAF), 107.9 (Kiss), and one more in the 90s that I forget.
oh oh, this is so useful!! thanks for listing everything. It usually takes me a year or two once I move to find radio stations I really like (not that I merely tolerate).
I used to listen to 98.5 in the car on the way to work (I couldn't get it in my house), and we listen to XLO on the radio alarm clock- but DH haaaaates the morning DJs, so we need to find something else. He wants NPR but I want some music, too. I prefer NPR in the car.?
I listen to oldies too! It can get a little embarassing in the summer with the windows down
