Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Need help with printer at work!!
Never posted on this board before, but figured I'd give it a try! I fudged up something with my printer the other day when I had a paper jam, and now the printer won't print and it keeps saying a door is open (which there's not a door open!) I use this printer in my office at work, but of course, no one can help me here, nor can the HP people b/c the printer is not registrered with them. Printer is a HP Deskjet 9800. Any ideas?? THANKS!
