A lot of times they are taken ahead of time by radio stations, executives, etc.
Also, does it make a difference that, in some places, it was already 11:00 by that time (so they had been getting them for an hour?)? I'm not how that works as I haven't been online for tickets right at the start in a long time.
Hmm...never thought about that. I would think that they always go on sale at the same time, and that it was just 10 central
