selling your house yourself
Hi I am helping my parents sell their home and trying to do it ourselves vs. hiring a realtor. Does anyone know any websites to post on besides craigslist for selling a house that is free or low cost? Any sites to get listed on the MLS for low cost?
I live in Illinois and know how to do it here but can't find anything for Indiana which is where the house is.
