Yep, we close on Oct 29 (next Thursday)!
But, the selling agent didn't explain to the seller's that we took occupancy right after closing, so they had to have all of their stuff out. They got pissed, so we're giving them until 6pm Friday. I'm annoyed, but it will be okay. I just really wanted to leave closing and go straight over, so it seems a little anticlimactic, but it will work.
So what did the sellers think would happen? That you would hand them a big fat check and then not move in? People never fail to amaze me.
However, that is very exciting for you guys! Congrats!
