Any luck selling your wedding dress?
I paid a lot for my dress (IMO)...$1400, but have no sentimental attachment so would love to get some money back for it. The main feature/attribute of my dress is that it has sleeves, which today seems to be a rarity.
It's a beautiful dress. I asked $500 for it. It's been cleaned and boxed. This price is negotiable.
I am more about paying it forward and finding it a home... I know how hard it is to find a dress WITH SLEEVES!! I don't care so much about making money, just finding it a good home and if i could make a couple hundred, even better.
Re: Any luck selling your wedding dress?
If you are not worried about the $, then you should consider donating your dress. I donated mine to brides against breast cancer. They then sell the dress and use the proceeds. It is a tax write off for you and a donation to a great charity. http://bridesagainstbreastcancer.org/
