As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

why oh why won't you let me change my username! if i'd known i was going to use more than the budget & address book from good old knot, i would have used something else i could remember besides my email!

Haha, they're not web geeks. Have you posted here lately? All the glitches, all the outages, etc... these people probably never even saw a computer before they got a job at TN! They are probably just friends of friends or something and got the job because they took one class in college.
Haha, sorry I'm bitter! You can always open a new account. Just make a fake e-mail address and register using that and a new name.
and give up my points?! ha! ha!
i haven't had glitches until last night, lucky me! if they're "normal people" & not tech geeks, why isn't it user friendly? that's why i think they're TG & are laughing that i can't figure out stuff!
