Re: Just got the seasonal flu shot
My shoulder was sore for a few days after I got the shot. It would have been the perfect excuse to have John cook dinner, do the housework, or anything else that required lifting of my arm BUT since John got the flu shot with me, it was an opportunity wasted.

Just got mine too, and thankfully there was no problem getting the thimerosal-free version since I'm pregnant. So glad on both counts!
Hoping my H1N1 vaccination will go just as smoothly....
