anyone ever consign w/children's resale store?
I am curious to know how much $$$ they give you for baby clothes?
Is it worth it?
I don't care which resale shops....I have a New To You Kids, Children's Orchard and Once Upon a Child all near me.
Thanks!

Re: anyone ever consign w/children's resale store?
Personally, I would try selling them on craigslist first. I've heard horror stories of people bringing several bags of clothes and only getting $40.
You could also look for resale events which would allow you to cosign your items at the event. In Madison, there is Madison moms' of multiples and Half pint resale. halfpintresale.googlepages.com/
Both have events in late winter and late summer to sell your clothes. I'm not sure of any in Milwaukee. Good luck!
I agree with Silva - you'll probably get more money on CL or through a consignment sale. I missed out on being able to consign for Half Pint last fall so I took a HUGE box of Ben's clothes (all in awesome condition, all brand name) to Once Upon a Child and they took about 2/3 of the clothes and gave me like $40, which was a lot less than I was expecting.
