Hello!
I noticed that you recommended Dr.Horlacher as an OB. I am in search of a good OB in the area and I was hoping you could tell me more about him! I live north of Dayton and I am debating between which hospital I would want to be affiliated with (MVH or Upper Valley). I'm closer to Upper Valley, but I only really know about MVH, which is why I'm leaning toward that hospital!
