    2. What do you do to prevent getting sick? avoid people who are sick as best I can, wash my hands, use hand sanitizer

    4. Lay in bed or on the couch? I was on the couch all last week, I seem to feel worse if I actually stay in bed

    5. What is your go-to sick food? comfort food, but it seems that ice cream makes it all better.

     1. Do you take any vitamins? nope. I should, but I don't.

    2. What do you do to prevent getting sick? use hand sanitizer.. constantly.

    3. If you are sick, what do you do to feel better? i'm never so sick i can't go to work :::knock on wood::: plus i have no benefits so i can't. i take nyquil or dayquil and suck it up and go to work.

    4. Lay in bed or on the couch? i lay on the couch after work.

    5. What is your go-to sick food?  toast.

    2. What do you do to prevent getting sick? Try to get enough sleep and eat lots of fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water and milk. Wash my hands and sanitize things in our work bathroom.

    5. What is your go-to sick food?  I agree with Kel - I love ice cream unless my stomach is severly upset. Then, saltines.

  • ?1. Do you take any vitamins? Yes, every morning. A multi-vitamin, fish oil, vitamin c, zinc and folic acid.?2. What do you do to prevent getting sick? Make sure I take my vitamins, the occasional Airborne, get plenty of sleep and wash my hands3. If you are sick, what do you do to feel better? Lay around, snuggle under blankets, drink tea with honey and watch movies.?4. Lay in bed or on the couch? Well it used to be the couch but now I have a tv in my room, it could go either way5. What is your go-to sick food? ginger ale, tea ,toast and ice cream - mmmm

  •  1. Do you take any vitamins?I have a woman's multi vitamin, echinacea, folic acid and fish oils but I usually forget to take them 2. What do you do to prevent getting sick?wash hands, wear gloves when dealing with any children's fluids (that includes when wiping their noses), teach the kids to cough and sneeze into their arms not their hands, sanitize EVERYTHING at work 3. If you are sick, what do you do to feel better? rest, sleep, eat healthier, take vitamins, take zinc, drink OJ, water, drink tea 4. Lay in bed or on the couch?couch because it has a recliner and I can put my feet up. (and there is a TV there) 5. What is your go-to sick food? OJ, lipton chicken noodle soup with an egg scrambled and cracked into it

  • 1. Pre-natal vitamins + a DHA supplement

    2. Wash my hands or use hand sanitizer a lot.  Spray/clean my office doorknob with Lysol every day.  Eat healthy and try to get enough rest.

    3. Rest, rest, rest.

    4. Bed for sleep, couch for naps and during the day (we don't a have a tv in the bedroom).

    5. Tomato soup, crackers, ice cream or pudding
