Halloween costume help

For Halloween DH and I plan on going in costumes that go together. We thought it'd be cool to go as a loofah/scrubby ball (me) and soap or body wash (DH). We have my costume figured out but can't think of any way for DH to be a soap, a bar of soap or body wash without him just wearing a big box. He wants to be able to move easily, sit down, etc.

 I tried searching for ideas but found nada. Do you ladies have any suggestions?

It's kind of lame, but you could just make him a hat that looks like a body wash cap and put the logo/name of the body wash on his shirt. Plus have his shirt and pants be the same color as the body wash bottle is.

 

Or you could just have him be body wash once it's lathered. Just cover a light blue outfit with lots of plastic bubbles.

I think this is a good idea if you can make the hat, a logo for the front, and an ingredients list (have fun with that!) and directions for the back of the shirt.

Make sure his shirt says something like "SOAP" or "BODY WASH" like ajknight said. Good luck! That's a cute idea. We're going to be Peter and Lois Griffin from Family Guy. We thought about trying to dress the dog up as Stewie, but I don't think he's going to be too cooperative.

This is what came to my mind too.

Maybe make a huge bar of soap out of felt and stuff it so it has a shape when he wears it.  Applique on the word IVORY or something.  You could stick on some white styrofoam balls to represent bubbles.
