Show me your Winter Wonderland party/wedding ideas
I am helping a friend with her Winter Wonderland themed wedding. Have any of you had a party or decorated your wedding this way? I would love to see/hear ideas specifically escort cards, menus, table settings, centerpieces, favors etc. Thank you!

I can't remember escort cards or menus but their cake was super cute with crystalized snow flakes.
I wouldn't call our wedding "Winter Wonderland", but we were married in January and our colors were various shades of blue and silver. The cake topper was a snowflake made out of royal icing, we had gingerbread cookies cut out into snowflakes with the blue icing and french dragees.
I wouldn't go overboard. I would pick one item, like the snowflake, and add it here and there. For decorations, we just used lots of candles and had iced branches with hanging votives frame the aisle.
We did a winter/snowflake theme for our wedding. Our colors were red and silver.
I bought silver pinecones from the dollar tree and hot glued escort/table number cards on the entrance table.
I did a candy buffet with a few of our favorite candies, and holiday theme candy along with pics of us on santa's lap as kids.
At the church we had large potted white poinsettias as our gift to the church as well as for a remembrance for relatives that passed away.
One word of advice- I would def. not have the florist create a winter wonderland -you can do it yourselves for much cheaper (and not get scammed like I did on my wedding day). Do potted poinsettias as centerpieces, and candles. I bought a lot of my supplies from the dollar tree- mini snowflake ornaments were glued onto favor boxes. White christmas lights will also give a warm glow.
