Ok, so I am already starving and because I'm so hungry I can' decide what to have for lunch. ?Should I go to Wazzabi (sushi) in Winter Park, a decent Thai place in Winter Park, PF Chang's or Panera?
Re: Lunch
Ponder-ing whether or not to become a Viking's fan
Sushi! That's what I'm having today.
Although I do love PF Chang's too!
I'll have to come meet you for lunch when I have a Friday off! Those places aren't that far for me.
I used to work down near the Florida Mall and I hated it at lunch time. ?There isn't really anything down there except fast food. ?So I understand!?
Oooooooooooo.....you should!!! ?And then we can have a yummy lunch AND i get to see Rylie! ?YAY!?
My husband used to work by there! :-)
If I'd have the luxury...PFCHANGS! YUM-O
Mmmmmm.....sushi. ?I ended up going to Wazzabi and it was a VERY good decision.
I hope your lunch (Steph and LeeAnn) was as good as mine!?
Our sushi was good...and cheap too! If you order before noon, the rolls are $3.50.
Brian really likes Wazzabi, so I will definitely come meet you sometime. He's just glad I like sushi now because before that was never in our choices for going out.
Candi - It's funny you say that you worked near FM and there was nothing because I'm constantly meeting people there for lunch. There's Olive Garden, Outback, Fridays, Chipotle, and two yummy sushi places that I know of - Izziban and sushi house. And across the street from the Target is a place called Thai City that has the best Thai!! I love the lunch options down there!
Where did you used to work?
Layne - we MUST go there sometime! I love Thai!
I worked just past the mall. ?I just don't really like chain restaurants. ?I would rather little hole in the wall places. ?And I can't stand Chipotle.
And I went to Thai City a couple of times and thought it was gross. ?I just didn't like anything there. ?Their Pad Thai was just ok. ?If you want good Thai, you need to go to Soong Thai in Ocoee. ?Right across 50 from West Oaks Mall. ?It is the best Thai food I have ever had and I am from DC that has a Thai and Indian restaurant on every corner.?
GASP! And here I thought we were becoming good friends!
I know....shoot me. ?This is Bs favorite place to eat. ?My problem is when we lived in MetroWest we had one open up right across the street. ?So for 2 weeks, that is all we would eat. ?Dinner every night and lunch and dinner on the weekends. ?I got REALLY sick of it. ?A new one just opened up in Clermont and we go every once in a while but it's not somewhere I would pick to go. ?I would rather Qdoba. ?:( ?Sorry! ??
LeeAnn - For some reason I didn't think you liked Thai?? Weird. But I'm totally up for it. I love Thai City and there's also that great place in Lake Nona. Just say the word!
