I have Matt Schaub starting this week. He's projected to get 17. 

BUT I have Favre on my bench, projected at 15. I feel like Schaub is the more solid pick, but Favre does amazing at those big, intangible games.  And he's playing at Lambeau this week.  We didn't start him when GB came to Min and regretted it big time.  WDYT? Would you go with Favre or Schaub this week?

Favre.  He may be held together with chicken wire and Krazy glue but that glue is working.  lol

I think I would take the risk with Favre.  You know he's going to step it up against the Packers, I think he'll have a good game.

I'd go Schaub. Mostly based on the projected points, but also you know that Packers D is going to go after Favre. He's proven to really excel when threatened, but I dunno..... the Packers are going to go after him big time.

I would go with Schaub since he is in Buffalo.

I still think Favre.  This is the reason he signed with the Vikings after all.  To thump the Packers in their own stadium.  I say he does it.  He still has a good handle on their strengths and weaknesses.

I was thinking Favre, too - I think he's going to be amazing this week, and he's out to play [and win]. That's just me though. :P

What is your record, and how strong if your ff opponent this week? 

If your record is good, or your opponent is projected to have a bad week, I'd start Favre.  It's a big risk, but it could payoff bigtime. 

If you're playing a strong opponent this week, I'd probably go with the statistically better QB in Schaub.

The anaylists I've seen are saying Farve will not do well this week. His recent comments have REALLY fired up Green Bay.

 

I'd leave him on the bench.
